Sidekiq Graceful Update

Problem: When container is stopped by docker or docker swarm it send SIGTERM signal which is accepted well by sidekiq (when PID=1). But default time between sending SIGTERM and SIGKILL commands is 10 seconds.
Often it's not enough to finish sidekiq tasks which may be killed with error.
